"Whenever you feel you want to bite into something, Torsten, just take the feta you just bought, chop it into smaller pieces, put into a bowl, put virgin olive oil on it, just about so that it covers the cheese and sprinkle it with oregano. Into the fridge. Have a bite when you feel like it. Simple and great taste. And we are fortunate to have our own feta from the island, which is of super quality."
