The big sea, skerries, friends and tranquility...

...living by the sea is not new to me,

new shores everywhere

but all seas are connected,

like the humans we are...

The very soul and heart of Lesvos women power...

...in that wonderful warmth of an early Summer´s night,

sharing the joy of friends around,

in the midst of so many things going on,

lifts up the heart and hopes for everyone...

Set up for Easter...

...with children's egg hunting

and that great Bunny,

making everyone smile...

Together...

... a few glimpses of people together,

that  special Greek ability...

Γεια σου, Ελλάδα...

...on wonderful island of islands,

where we are all enjoying peace and tranquility,

among headlines of ignorance and prejudice...

Locals do not make headlines...

... the island of island is in pain,

but not giving up,

it's splendour still shining, 

all between light and shade,

but locals are suffering and pulled up with their roots,

the outside world not paying any attention,

 should be ashamed,

but anarchy remains...

While many refugee workers...

..... prefer to act as if they were heroes,

 standing in the water up to the waist,

helping refugees ashore,

(because it sure looks better on photos),

they leave the waste to the locals,

and one can ask who authorised the dumping,

and when thinking was abandoned...
